The general terms and conditions governing the market relations between the users of this site, hereinafter referred to as “you” and manfist.gr, hereinafter “we”, a company based in Kozani, 15 Makedonamakis str. 50131. These terms and conditions are intended to protect the rights of the customer and to protect the rights of manfist.gr.
Availability of goods
We may not be able to deliver certain products to certain regions and the choice of products available for sale may vary from country to country. Please select the correct country of delivery or sign in at the start of your purchases to avoid any confusion.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
1. We have insufficient stock of the products you have ordered.
2. We do not deliver to your area.
3. One or more of the products you ordered had incorrectly entered due to a typo or error in pricing information from us and our suppliers.
Once we have canceled your order, we will notify you by email and credit your account with the amount deducted from us and your credit card as soon as possible, within 30 days of your order.
Manfist.gr pays special attention when entering information on the site about product features. However, manfist.gr does not warrant that the product descriptions are accurate, complete, fully up-to-date and unmistakable.
The prices quoted on our website are in Euro, including 24% VAT. The total cost of an order will be displayed upon completion.
Service & commercial guarantees
We are at your disposal for any questions you have about our products and the guarantees offered by each company. In case of damage to the product, it is legitimate to contact us to guide you accordingly. We adhere to our principles, with the customer being our priority.
Orders outside / outside the European Union
Orders outside the European Union may be subject to additional taxes and duties in their country of importation. These taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Customers within the European Union who are registered in the VAT registers and whose purchases are classified as intra-Community acquisition may be entitled to zero (0) VAT. This type of transaction is only available to our registered customers. As manfist.gr we reserve the right to modify prices at our discretion for any product before your order is placed and completed.

All delivery times are estimates only and are stated in days. The products will be delivered to the address you give us at the time of your order. Delivery will take place as soon as possible and after checking it within 30 days of your order.
Please note that orders delivered outside the European Union or outside the European Economic Area may be subject to additional taxes and duties in their country of importation. These taxes and duties are your responsibility.
Shipping methods
The products are shipped by courier as soon as possible and the costs are as follows:
1. Within Greece 3,5 €
2. Within Greece and over 45 € is FREE
3. Pick up from the store FREE
4. Out of Greece 6 €
Cancellation of order – Complaints handling
Our customers can cancel their orders and return the goods at any time within 14 business days after delivery.
If you are unsatisfied with your product and would like to return it, you must contact manfist.gr in writing within 14 days of their delivery by email at [email protected]. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
If you cancel your order, you will have to return the received products and incur shipping costs. Any payment or postage you make on returning the products is non-refundable. You have to return the product, its packaging and whatever else comes with the product should be intact and returned with it.
If you do not return the products delivered to you or pay the shipping costs we have the right to deduct the immediate costs of recovering the products from the amount credited to your account.
Please be informed that manfist.gr is not responsible for any loss or damage of the product during the shipping of the return.
If the product arrives damaged, you should contact us.
The report of a damaged product must be submitted within 7 days of its shipment.
In case of incorrect shipping, please contact us before returning the product to arrange for it to be replaced.
Delivery of incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of shipment.

To be able to make a purchase through our online store manfist.gr, you will need to either create an account with your username and password, or complete your order as a visitor without creating an account. You are fully responsible for keeping your information secure, and you still agree to notify us immediately in case of unlawful use of your account or breach of your password.
